     NEET 2019 Application Form is releasing on 1st November 2018. NEET (National Eligibility Cum Entrance Test) is a national level entrance test for medical & dental students. It will be organized by the NTA (National Testing Agency). Students looking for admission in MBBS, BDS & AYUSH courses in India should appear for the NEET exam. NEET 2019 Application Form – Starts from 1st November

Prepare the following documents to fill application form:

Application Fee:

neet 2018Payment of application fee will be done through online mode only.
neet 2018Candidates will be able to pay through debit/credit card, net banking, UPI or E-wallet of Common Services Centre and other service providers.

NEET Eligibility Criteria

Candidates should check their NEET eligibility criteria before filling the application form:
neet 2018 Indian nationals, OCI, PIO, NRI and foreign candidates will be eligible to apply.
neet 2018The minimum age limit will be 17 years as on 31st December 2019.
neet 2018The upper age limit will be 25 years for general and 30 years for SC, ST and OBC candidates on the date of examination.
neet 2018Candidates must have passed 12th or equivalent exam from any recognized board.
neet 2018In the qualifying exam, students must have physics, chemistry, biology/bio-technology and English subjects.
neet 2018Candidates should have obtained minimum 50% marks (for general), 45% marks (for general PH) and 40% marks for SC/ST & OBC candidates in the PCB stream.
neet 2018Candidates appearing in the qualifying exam are also eligible to apply.

How to Apply for NEET

neet 2018Read the instructions carefully and click on the “Proceed to Apply Online NEET (UG) 2019”.
neet 2018Enter all the registration details and click on the “Preview & Next” button.
neet 2018After completing the registration process, login again with your registration number and password.
neet 2018Fill other required details like personal, communication, exam centre, qualification, etc.
neet 2018Upload the scanned images of photograph and signature in the prescribed format.
neet 2018After uploading the images, go through the “Make Payment” section.
neet 2018Choose the payment mode, i.e. debit card, credit card or net banking and pay the application fee.
neet 2018Once the fee payment is done, proceed for the “Print Confirmation Page” section.
neet 2018Click on the link “Click here to take Printout of Confirmation Page” and take printout of it for further use.

Centres / Cities for NEET (UG) - 2019 Examination

neet 2018 List of cities along with city codes where the NEET (UG) - 2019 will be conducted is given at Appendix II.
neet 2018 While filling up Online Application Form, all the Candidates i.e. Indian nationals, NRIs, OCI, PIO and Foreign nationals should select four Convenient City Codes in order of priority from Appendix II as their choice of centre and cities.
neet 2018 For their own convenience, the candidates may select the city codes for their own city or for neighbouring cities in their state of Residence only and not for far away cities in other states. In case, these instructions are not complied with, the NTA will not be responsible for any inconvenience due to incorrect selection of city codes by the candidates.
neet 2018 In case, the number of candidates opting for a city is less than a certain minimum, NTA reserves its right not to allot any centre in that City.
neet 2018 In case, the number of candidates opting for a city as centre with Regional language (other than English and Hindi) is less than certain minimum, candidates opting the same Regional language may be allotted Centre in 9 another city irrespective of the city opted by the candidates for appearing in the examination.
neet 2018 Though, every effort will be made to allot a centre in one of the cities selected by the candidate, the NTA reserves its right to allot a centre in city other than the candidate’s choice.
